Home care provides medical and daily health-related services to people in their homes. Home care services can be used to provide not only short-term care for hospital and nursing home-discharged patients, but it is also used for people with ongoing health concerns and issues.  At SRH, we offer what is called In-Home Concierge Care. We assess each case on an individual basis and customize services according to the needs of the client. We do our best to match the client with their ideal caregiver.

Services

Skilled Nursing Services - (Oklahoma Location Only) A licensed health professional (Registered or Licensed Practical Nurse) who teams with your physician to provide care for the sick or in-firmed.  The skilled nurse promotes and maintains health through assessment, evaluation, instructions, and treatment in an attempt to assist patients in their own homes and is part of the collaborative care team.

 

Personal Care Assistant - Provide nutritional support, assistance with personal hygiene, daily living activities, protective oversight, and environmental maintenance to acutely ill and/or chronically ill patients in their homes.

 

Homemakers - Provide meal preparation, light housekeeping activities, and related home activities to acutely ill and/or chronically ill patients in their homes.

Companionship Services - Escorts to appointments or meetings, help with activities or hobbies, and general companionship.

Respite Care - Respite care offers a reprieve to the primary family caregiver. The responsibilities of tending to your loved one can be overwhelming, but respite care offers a valuable opportunity to take a much-needed break, whether it's for a few hours or an extended period. Family caregivers greatly benefit from respite care as it replenishes their energy, fosters equilibrium, and alleviates stress.

 

In-Home Alzheimer’s and Dementia Care Typically, someone living with Alzheimer’s Disease will be cared for by family members during the early stages of the illness. We can provide you with the resources and help to ensure that your loved one can age in place as long as possible with little change to daily living. We can help you and your loved one understand ways to create a positive and safe living environment within their own home that will benefit everyone. In-home care for Alzheimer’s Disease provides a way for our loved ones to maintain their normal daily routines in the comfort of their own home.  Our team will develop a senior care plan to maximize the quality of life and decrease caregiver burden through our interventions in the following areas:

  • Meal prepping and cooking

  • Household chores

  • Bathing

  • Showering

  • Grooming and dressing

  • Incontinence care

In-home care is a cost-effective choice for your family when compared to assisted living facilities and nursing homes. We've listed our rates compared to the national rates for Assisted Living facilities and nursing homes. At our company, we strive to provide affordable services that are well below both the local and national average. In-Home Care Cost Range

Cost Range - $300 - $450 (based on 10-15 hours per week)

In-home care is a one-to-one service that helps individuals to remain safely and independently at home with the assistance of a caregiver. Services may include:

  • Household tasks that the senior cannot manage alone

  • Homemaker services such as cooking, cleaning, or running errands

  • Hands-on personal care

The above cost represents care cost for 15-20 hours of one-on-one care per week. The total cost will vary depending on the number of hours care is needed. Contact our office to learn more about the services near you. NOTE: A minimum of 6 hours per week is required for services.

Monthly Assisted Living Facility Cost

Cost Range - $4,300 - $6,284 per month

Assisted living facilities, also known as residential care facilities, provide personal care and health services for people who may need assistance with activities of daily living. Assisted living is an intermediate level of long-term residential care. The cost reflected above does not specify the average number of one-to-one hours of care provided.

Nursing Home Cost

Cost Range - $7,756 - $8,821 per month

Nursing home facility services may include personal care assistance, room and board, supervision, medication, therapies and rehabilitation, and skilled nursing care up to 24 hours a day. The cost reflected above does not specify the average number of one-to-one hours of care provided.

Payments we accept are Long Term Care Insurance, Client Private Pay, Trusts, and Workers' Comp. We are also a participating provider for the Department of Veterans Affairs Community Care Network (VA CCN).
